Regd crime, where it is not. Check racv and vic gov crime statistics. That make it clear that Tarneit is much safer than other. And i believe that if it has to happen with you, it will be in any part of the world.
Regd cafe, new estates coming with lot of cafe, restaurants and shopping options. Just got new cafe in stockland grove estate. One more coming by next year. Around Davis rd, new coles and many more cafe options in couple of years.
Many more private and public school options for the kids near to the house. We got goodnews, Grange P12 and Westbourne grammer near to our house. For me this is the suburb i was looking for.
