Purchased and living here since 9 months. A very nice and clean suburb. Roads are wide enough for the 4WDS and UTEs alike. The upcoming Woolworths shopping complex is a bonus. Hoping to find a job there as it is a stone's throw away from my home. Night life is almost dead.

Been living here since past 6 months and all we could say is that it is a gem. Calm, peaceful, plenty of parks for kids and a separate enclosed dog park (Lacey road) for pets.
Inner streets are a bit narrow, but not a great deal. There wont be any place on earth that is 100% perfect!.

Aspley Bus station (10 minutes)
Carseldine Railway station (5 minutes)
Aldi/Bunnings/JB-HIFI/GoodGuys (10 minutes),
Sunshine coast (1 hour 20 minutes).
Bracken Ridge Tavern (10 minutes)
