Sorry to say this but when it comes to customer service in Cowra, in some places it is non existent, do a run to mcdonalds or woolworths and youll see what I mean, we once complained about the low standard of takeaway food at the Chinese restaurant opposite KFC, she abused us for politely saying we wernt happy with the meal, the special fried rice was NOT special and half the ingredients were missing, the takeaway seems frozen and microwaved,
Take a leaf out of The Cowra Hotels book and see what good old fashioned service is about, you can even have a five dollar lunch thats absolutely great and you get a warm welcome from Tania the hotelier. Come on Cowra pick up ypur act, its a great town and a few are letting you down
