Overcrowded and sadly quite dirty. The Council Chambers is located here so you would think they would clean it up. Has potential if it picks it act up.

Has a number of good features such as a brand new shopping centre and lots of churches and even a monastery. Centrally located and good value for money.

Personally, I think it is overrated as it quite far to the CBD and is not centrally located but on the city's north western outer suburbs. Land sizes are quite big but per square metre price not so high given the cost of some of the houses to build. I think in about 10 to 15 years time alot of the houses may appear dated but I could be wrong. I think it could be good for families that don't need to travel far.

Very central to CBD and other suburbs including southern beach suburbs and Botany Bay. Great shopping centre of just the right size and often frequented by celebrities who perform there or local ex/politicians. Bus routes from Rockdale in the east to Bankstown in the west. From Burwood in the north to Lugarno and Kogarah in the south and many other suburbs in between. Good mix of people with a neighbourly spirit. Has an Olympic size pool as well as an indoor heated pool. A number of cultural options such as two dance schools. Decent parks. Overall, I find it a great place to live.
