What's it like having a winter garden in the warm months?
For the people living in the billbergia apartments with the open sun rooms/wintergardens (like marina square), how do you find the heat? At open houses it seems excrutiatingly hot in the summer and i'm not sure if thats because the blinds arent closed or if its just always burning up even if you do keep the blinds down?
