I don't think so. It is really close to the city. Now it has supermarkets and shops. Two train lines you can go to the city, bondi, Hurstville, rockdale, airports. One bus to UNSW and Randwick area. People want to live in places like Wolli Creek. However, I think the rentals will be affected with more and more apartments are built.
