"Lots of quality new homes being built here"

Woongarrah is an upcoming area with lots of new housing in estates with quality properties. There are new schools being built, and community facilities here too. Not too far to the hospital for medical professionals, but also wonderful location for those wanting to live on the Coast for the relaxed lifestyle but easy access to the M1 for travelling to work as it is conveniently located about halfway between Sydney and Newcastle. "Quite, clean and family friendly"

Lovely quiet suburb, great for the family. Located close to the freeway this suburb is great for the commuter who wants to live in a family-friendly area yet be close to the M1. Woongarrah is located between Gosford and Newcastle.
Woongarrah is minutes from multiple public and private schools, parks, sports grounds and Lake Haven Shopping Centre, this suburb is predominantly houses. It is a lovely quiet and clean Estate with many young families. Great value for money.

"The pick of the estates"

Great area to bring up the kids, with plenty of parks, new schools (public & private), close to transport & shopping - all this only 12-mins from surfing beaches.

"Sleepy suburb that is underpriced!"

This suburb is on the waters edge within walking distance to the regional shopping centre and new Harvey norman/Bunnings complex. Good size blocks and a wide selection of different homes available. Waterfronts are common at $350,000+. A place to watch for capital growth..
