Are rental prices going up in Wyndham Vale?
Are the rentals gone up or going up in Wyndham Vale for the new Wyndham Vale train station starting soon. I've got an investment property there & was wondering if it's time to contact my agents to increase the rent as train station is meant to start this month. Any advice would be appreciated.
