what about animals like snakes, rabbits and kangaroos?
Heard thats a problem, and its unsafe to leave kids on their own in parks. Not sure if this is correct information.

In the warmer months you do need to be vigilant, we have a growing population constantly expanding onto new lands. This can disturb the snakes and make them move around.
