Any labrador friendly houses available?

Looking to find a house to rent in Melbourne for a few years as we have just moved from Adelaide. I work in Werribee and my husband works in Richmond. We own our family home in Adelaide and are about to become landlords ourselves so understand what it is like to consider risk from pets/people/children. If anyone can help us out would be much appreciated. We like yarraville area for the proximity to the train line so we can each go in our opposite directions and brunch/walks we can go on, however would consider anywhere which could get us to our jobs easily and I work shift work, so not too dodgy to walk around by myself at night.
