Depending on which streets and sections of Yeronga. You will generally see smaller lots closer to the shops and train lines (405m2)- some less.
Many lots are still at least 607- 809m2. Some lots are over 1000m2 and cannot be subdivided due to old Queenslander homes which is nice.

Small lot is 405m2 (16 perch), medium is 607m2 (24 perch), large is 809m2 (32 perch) and upwards, I have seen blocks up to 8000m2
