If i have signed a lease but have not moved in yet, can i get out of it?

I think you can, but you may forefit any paid letting fee (usually a weeks rent) or any deposit that you have put down. You may also be liable for any costs associated with re-marketing the property for rent again as well. Im not 100% on this answer, but I think the best bet is to make contact with the property manager of the property, and have a friendly chat with them! Good Luck.!
