Moving to Adelaide from London in a couple of weeks with my job? Where should I live?

Hi. Good news - Adelaide has amazing beaches AND plenty of spacious blocks! First of all, which suburb will your job be located in? If it's in the city, I suggest the beachside suburbs of Henley, Henley Beach South, West Beach, Glenelg and Grange. You will be able to rent a 3 bedroom house with a garden that is walking distance from the beach for about AUD$400 per week. There is a bike track along the beach from Semaphore down to Glenelg. Those suburbs also have frequent buses to the city. If your job is in the southern suburbs, Brighton is a lovely suburb with a great beach. If you'll be working in the northern suburbs, Semaphore is a hip and happening seaside suburb. Adelaide is a very spread out city.
