What are good affordable suburbs close to the beach in Adelaide?

Hi Maria. Most of the beachside suburbs are good suburbs. The price of 2 bedroom units has dropped drastically in a lot of beachside suburbs, but houses still seem fairly expensive. We have just bought a flat at West Beach. Just take into consideration commuting time to work and walkability factor to shops/cafes/public transport as this varies a lot even within suburbs.
