We booked an appointment with Matt for a value assessment of our current property. He showed a clear interest with our need and paid lots of attention on the property. Also we noticed that before meeting us he was well prepared for the meeting. Very positive and helpful person , has a good knowledge of the area and the market. Also very frank and realistic about our situation. We are looking forward to sell our property with him in future.
