Looking for a property, I interacted with many agents. Ross stood out from the crowd. He was open, friendly, helpful, super patient and great at communicating. While he was acting for the vendor, I always felt like he also had my best interests at heart too. I never felt pressured and he accommodated my questions and requests with professionalism and flexibility. Making time for my daughter and I to meet with him to put the sold sign on the advertising board was the icing on the cake!
