Maria first came to our home just to give us an appraisal on the value of property. We instantly felt comfortable dealing with her, so much so that we agreed to start marketing the property exclusively through her. Maria was very open and honest as to what we could expect not only on price but how she viewed the property and the approach we should take. Throughout the process Maria constantly kept in touch with us, updating after open homes and discussing prospective buyers views on the property. She was always direct and honest on the feedback which we appreciated. We were away for a period of the marketing and Maria when way beyond what we expected making sure she had the property presented well. We sold the property, not at auction but through private treaty and were very happy with the outcome. This was down to the hard work that Maria and her team put into the sale. Phillip has sold two properties for us to date. He is a perfectionist and thus worked diligently to firstly ensure that each property was presented to its best advantage. He achieved this by quickly and efficiently organising the trades that were required as we were a bit daunted by the prospect and somewhat time poor. Secondly, he promoted the properties using many strategies to ensure they reached as wider number of prospective home buyers as possible. He had numerous open days where he was able to communicate the properties and surrounding communities best assets. He gave us a summary each time about the number of people who attended and who had taken out contracts.
