Is Bateman suitable for students from Murdoch to live in - shared house perhaps?

It would be fine, not too far by car and okay by bike as well depending on what you are carrying with you. But, I would think at least sharing between two would limit the expense for a not so cheap area. A 3 -4 bed house would easily be okay/affordable for 3-4 students with common kitchen and living areas - assuming some sort of income of course.
