Singleton is a Hidden treasure

I have lived in Singleton for 11yrs, a great place to live. Fantastic beach, sporting and social facilities Bowling club Community hall and sporting complex
.My street has many friendly neigbours, a street watch second to none.Nothing moves in our street without people taking note. All over Singleton if you look at the crime stats, is very low for that reason alone, great community spirit.
Besides having great schools and many private schools in the surrounding areas you get multipul choice for shopping eg ( Mandurah, Rockingham, Secret Habour, Meadow Springs etc) a proposed Rail Station very close by, not yet built but you can park and ride from Mandurah or Rockingham or catch the many Buses into the CBD Perth.
Twenty odd years ago you could have bought Realestate on the northern coastline 1 km away at cheap prices now it is million dollar plus Realestate anywhere within 1-10 km from the coast!
If my pradictions are correct," Little old Singleton" when all the land is taken up here (not much left) there will be nowhere else to build, it is only a narrow strip of land between the main road and the Sea. So if you want to get a bargain on land or houses in my area this the best time when the market is favouring the buyer!Take a moment to come and have a look for yourself.
