There isnt many people who live on selling drugs/sex and waiting for centrelink payments in Blacktown itself, its the suburbs around Blacktown the low lifes like them live to spoil B'Town reputation and they gather at the station to make it look like they actually live in blacktown, fyi they can't afford to live there!

If you are looking for a place close to the station and hospital then a 2 bed unit will range anywhere from 360-450. The houses come with huge blocks and great yards they range from 280-520 depends on the bedrooms and proximity to shops, schools and transport. Schools and people are good in the south if you are a family if you are single/professional just looking for a place near the station where you can get a train to city under 40 mins then go for the 3rd avenue units, they are a bit pricey but great convenience.
