What's it like to live in, prospects variety of shops, safety? Are the majority of residents families? thanks

relativley cheap, close to the city but is basically part of prospect so the place doesnt sleep, the residents are mostly immigrant families which really diversify the restaraunts, great place to get local takeout. blair athol is not bad but not great. probably like 6/10. not dangerous but not the safest out
