What are the better suburbs of Campbelltown district?

I'm looking to buy a house, we have 2 young children. We're moving from a unit in Maroubra out to south western suburbs. Not knowing anything about the areas we are looking for advice. We want a suburb with higher than average incomes, zero housing commision or very little. Nice quality homes, good schools, nice parks and well respected families.

Close to the M5 or easy to get to.

Also what suburbs should we avoid? Thanks!
