Best Internet provider/service?

I am currently living in Canning Vale and would like to know who is the best internet provider/service. I have used Optus, Dodo and TPG, all tree started great (fast internet speed, reliable connection, etc.) but eventually slowed down and losing connection.

I am currently looking at Teltra and Amnet. What are your opinions?

Don't waist your time, I was with amnet then due to the problem of slow and dropping connection I moved Telstra after 2 months of frustrations and I have disconnected my service and went wireless.
The problem is congestion at the exchange and our only hope is to wait for the NBN.
