Neighbourhood Watch - Lack of interest
Recently we received a letter from the local police saying that due a lack of attendance at meetings, the neighbourhood watch was being abandoned. Is this going on for other people? Is it that most of us are too busy to attend meetings?

I think two things are happening these days, first people are way too busy (most of us are professionals who value our time), to be attending regular meetings and second, I for one cant rely on neighbours to look out for my home security. These days if an alarm goes off people think it's a false alarm anyhow.
