Current Projects
With current projects such as the $90m Marina, $200m Peninsula Centre Redevelopment and Eastlink/Peninsula Link, am I right in suggesting that the buzz around Frankston is at an all time high? Could we be seeing the start of a number of Major Projects down at this funky bayside suburb?

Hi Tim,
Absolutely. I'm seeing a massive trend already in people loving Frankston. It seems that while once it didn't have a great stigma to live there, I think that is RAPIDLY changing. Overall, Frankston is rated at 81+ and that is fantastic.

Well said AJ. that's what i'm thinking, these days also.
Have all the bogons been bought out and they've upgraded their primary residence to mcmansions at caroline springs, etc?
