Is Bindi Street a friendly safe and good street to live?

Been living on Bindi street for 4 years now, and it has a lot of families, relatively quiet. Have not felt unsafe here in any way. Over the past few years a lot of old houses have been cycled, either turned into new ones or renovated, so the street continues to get cleaner and nicer.
