Your thoughts on possible overdevelopment on Burke Road

I think that the development as it is at present has been far from an overdevelopment. It has in fact revitalised the area as a place to socialise and shop. It has still retained the character of what we all know and love about Camberwell. However, I do understand the concerns and I wouldn't want to see it developed into a mega shopping precinct.
