Cambridge Reserve area vs o'neill playground area

Hi there, I am looking for buying a house in hopper crossing, but has zero knowledge of which area is the good part in the area.
Whether the square block on the right side of Derrimut road or the square block on the left side of derrimut road?

Currently looking at Cambridge reserve area vs o'neill avenue area.
they both have primary schools.

any advise will be highly appreciated.
