Is Kallista a fire prone area?

Choose a house on the east facing side of the hill. It is actually an old crater & the houses set below the western rim of the equator were rated as being the safest from fires in the last fire overlay ratings. We often get winds that we can hear in the trees above but it is quite still around us. For a fire to burn here it would have to burn downhill from the west & North which is unlikely but not impossible. There are houses built here in the 1800's & this part of Kallista has not been burnt in that time.
