Looking for a home in Kirribilli?

"The best"

I used to live in Kirribilli for 3 years.
I cannot believe that rating is so low on this website...
I would love to go back to live in Kirribilli if I can afford a house.
Walking to the city, the view, the harbour, public transport, restaurants, it’s just so many are good here!!
If you want amazing life but not boring, choose Kirribilli!
If you want quiet, choose Mosman.
Kirribilli is still very quiet, great neighbours, just so amazing. Absolutely everything!!

"Pretty village but noisy & expensive"

Ultra convenient spot to live, 1 stop away from the cbd, a quaint village feel with the sparking harbour on your doorstep plus beautiful leafy ( but narrow) streets. All major pluses however
being on the harbour means quite a bit of noise. The motorcade ( pending who is visiting the prime minister) down Carabella street, boat parties on the harbour, dance parties by the harbour, weekly fireworks to entertain the visiting ships on the harbour, Australia Day and New Years Eve = crowds, noise, and rubbish. High density apartment living mostly, so you’d better hope you have nice neighbours. Great spot to live until you get sick of the lack of peace, space, and privacy vs what you pay to live here; unless you’re very wealthy.

"Close to everything fun!"

Nestled between the Harbour Bridge and Neutral Bay, this tiny suburb is home to Admiralty House, the Governor-Generals historic residence and the official residence of our Prime Minister, Kirribilli House.

Despite the high office of its most famous residents, the suburb has a distinct village feel to it with local delis, boutique stores and a thriving caf and restaurant scene. There are markets twice a month with eclectic arts, vintage clothes and fashion to browse and barter.

Its also home to the Ensemble Theatre and the Flying Yacht Squadron, both set on the water at the end of MacDougall Street, famous for its magnificent Jacaranda trees and carpet of purple flowers in the spring.

The area offers a mix of glamorous waterfront properties, imposing terraces, pretty cottages and both period and contemporary apartments. 3kms from the CBD it has excellent transport links with a train station at Milsons Point, buses and 2 ferry wharves.

Set against the stunning backdrop of the Opera House and the northern pylons of the Harbour Bridge and with pretty tree-lined streets, makes Kirribilli a tightly held and highly desirable place to live.

"Quintessential Harbour Living"

Kirribilli has everything for the modern, busy lifestyle. Its a 5 minute train ride across the bridge to the heart of the CBD and a short walk to the North Sydney commercial precinct. There are prestigious schools including Loreto, St Aloysius and Shore SCEGGS. Landmarks close by include Luna Park, Sydneys most iconic amusement park; and North Sydney Olympic Pool beneath the bridge. Kirribilli is known for its glittering harbour views, harbourside parks and caf village, and there is no better spot to view the New Years Eve fireworks.

"A Haven for Young Professionals"

As a young professional what more could you want...
Just across the water from the Opera House, The Rocks, Royal Botanic Gardens, Potts Point & all the City has to offer - weekends will be jam packed!
Even more important is the quick commute to work by either ferry, train (from Milsons Point) or why not even walk or ride to take in the gorgeous views from the Harbour Bridge.
Great for tenants, but even better if you own, as you will reap the rewards if price trends continue the way they have historically.
