Good solid area … predominantly a family area but there are also townhouses available. Could position if you want to rebuild.

"Quiet & convenient"
A family street with many older period homes on large blocks of land. With easy access to Keilor Road shopping village. Also looks like a good spot for developers to watch as it falls just outside of the Mar Lodge estate therefore allowing the possibility of subdivision.
