Top 5 Pros and Cons of living in Melbourne?

To help those looking to live in Melbourne, what does everybody feel are the top 5 positives and 5 negatives about living in Melbourne?.

To kick things off mine are:

Pros:
1.Lifestyle - generally friendly people, safe suburbs, clean.
2.Sport - sporting capital of the world!
3.Restaurants & Bar scene
4.Real estate prices - also see cons.
5.Beaches - Mornington/Bellarine peninsula.

Cons:
1.Weather - four seasons in a day, cold in winter than other states.
2.Traffic - getting worse by the day. We need better planning and maybe more toll roads.
3.Real Estate prices - booming which is good if you are selling bad if you are first home buyer
4.Public transport - always seem to be having train issues, ticketing problems
5.Water shortages

Cons are definately

1) Real Estate Prices
2) Traffic
3) PT

They all have a common denominator -> population problem.

we need to stop breeding/importing human's into this place/onto the planet. we just can't support it :(
