"Frankstons hidden gem - convenience and amenities"

Arguably Frankston's most convenient position. Large blocks of approx 900sqm all with front and rear access.suitable for townhouse development. 20 mins walk to Frankston Station, Monash Uni, Frankston TAFE. Backs on to Beach Street Village, Frankston's best shopping strip with every shop you need.. No need to own a car. 3 mins walk to RSL. 1 min to State Primary School and Catholic Primary School. 30 min walk to beach. Houses are late 50s early 60s except for recent townhouse development. Village-like atmosphere.

Great for

  • Brillant position, large blocks, close to all amenities.

Not great for

  • Property rarely comes on the market.
