I would have to say that the average is $350 but I have seen some from $280 while others have been over $450 a week. One factor that will effect the rental prices will also depend on which side of Mt Druitt you are looking at - some properties in Old Mt Druitt area extremely well kept and quite large so they will ask for more in rent.
