Would a young Family be able to live happily in the township of Normanville?

My young family, (my partner, two young children and myself) are thinking of moving to Normanville SA. We live south of SA already and due to rental crisis are having to look further out. We are a hardworking couple and dont mind traveling for work.

Known affectionately to locals as 'Normy', Normanville is a popular seaside resort town with long sandy beaches, there's a pontoon about 75 meters offshore for swimmers to access patrolled by the Normanville Surf Life Saving Club during the summer.
The Main Street has a supermarket, the Normanville Hotel, bakery, chemist, Surf Shop, eateries, beauty salon, physio and if you can’t find what you need there, Yankalilla is a 2-minute drive down the road for Medical Centre, Dentist, Primary & High School larger Foodland, bakery, Browse In and Save, Yankalilla Hotel, Youth Park with playground, skate park and more.
Pack a picnic and enjoy the sights, sounds, and smells of the bush, Ingalalla Falls can be found on Hay Flat Road, only a short walk from the car park to the waterfalls obviously best to visit after rain.
I am sure there are many other features that I have missed like community events, book a weekend away, and experience the area for yourself.

Hi Shannenh, that is a great idea, a beautiful place for the family and yes more rental opportunities.

A great country community with local sports to keep all the family busy on weekends. Only 72 kilometres to the city if you want to go to a show or an outing - plenty of time to come home after a day's outing. Can't go past country life at Normanville. Go to the beach, learn to surf, snorkel at Second Valley, spend a weekend exploring Deep Creek conversation park and loads more. I'm sure you would love the life Normanville has to offer.
