We are planning to move to Brisbane from Sydney. Can anyone provide a recent review of North lakes please. We are a young family with two young girls. Also would like to know what nationalities dominates in the area please. Thank you

It is a very convenient suburb with good amenities and services on the Redcliffe rail line, 28 Km north of the Brisbane CBD.
According to Wikipedia Demographics the suburb has grown to 21,671 in 2016; in the 2011 census, North Lakes recorded a population of 15,046 people, 51.6% female and 48.4% male.
The median age of the North Lakes population was 31 years, 6 years below the national median of 37. 63% of people living in North Lakes were born in Australia.
