What is the cultural mix of Northgate?

Weird question.....

However, while i lived in Lightsview I did take not of the demographics from my own experience walking the streets with my dog and working in construction in the area.

The area is quite popular with the chinese investors as the style of homes are somewhat similar to theirs back home and as they are only allowed to either buy new homes or kncok down and rebuild, lightsview is very suitable.

My street consisted of mainly young couples ans single women. I lived on a street which had smaller 2 br appartments.

I did also notice that there were a lot of people of indian and african appearance living in the larger homes. Some of the residenrs i spoke with also chose lightsview as a place to build their retirment home. They downsized their yards and improved their living areas.

If you are looking to buy i would recommend contacting Tim Ferrier of Tim ferrier realestate. He used to work for the developers and now he freelances. He has an extremelt good knowledge of the area and is very down to earth.
