Hi Dagola,

Nunawading is a fantastic suburb to purchase in. The rental market is very stable and there are still houses that are on decent sized land. The rental return is also very strong. The average 3 bedroom house recieves a return of $450 per week minimum.

The best pockets are close to Mitcham. The streets between Springvale road and Dunlavin, are lined with leafy green trees and are also walking distance to the football oval, Whitehorse library, Nunawading train station and local cafes, shops and tennis clubs.

The not so desirable pocket is located between Springvale road through to Luckie street where there are a lot of commission style houses. They still lease quite quickly and i never have trouble finding nice tenants for the properties.

In summary, Nunawading is a fantastic suburb with shopping and lifestyle options.
