Are there any bad parts of Point Cook to avoid? Or what are the best streets to live on?

My partner and I are looking at moving to Point Cook in January with our will be 1yr old daughter. I've heard great things about the place but i'm sure there are things to be aware of too. Oh and how close is the nearest beach?
Any information would be appreciated, Thank you.

Your main comcern regardong places to avoid would be relwting to trwffic during leak hours. Acoid anywhere near Point Cook Road at all cost as traffic is hell. As you have a young child i would recommend looking at the area of alamanda as this is the best school catchments
