Catalina estate - Is it really worth shifting there? What all plans for growth?

Is it worth going to saltwater side catalina estate when compared to buying a land/house in Alamanda life estate? What all facilities planned in future? At present what is available? Like primary school, secondary school, bus stops, stations, shopping coles, kmart, aldi etc, swimming pools, sport centers, parks?

Hello,

Catalina on Saltwater Promenade sits in close proximity to Point Cook Coast and not far from the bays beaches and only a short walk from Saltwater Reserve with its sports fields, barbecue areas and dog park. Close to Point Cook Town Centre, offering everything from food to fashion while the Sanctuary Lakes Golf Club and Shopping Centre are a 5-minute drive.
The Williams Landing train station, just 10 minutes away, offers easy access to the CBD. There are public and private schools and colleges including Alamanda College are located in the area.
