The problem with Point Cook is the choke-point road design. Everybody has to go through Point Cook Road.

It's already bad enough and there's constant expansion and new people moving into the area. Without a new road/bypass, welcome to traffic nightmare.

Point Cook suffers from poor infustructure so I'd say better infustructure.
