Which are the top schools and estates in point cook

Hi All, We are a first home buyer and narrowed down our property search to point cook and Williams landing. Point cook will be our first preference.
We are new to Australia (18 months) and our budget is up to 630k to 650k and looking for 3/4 bedroom and 400sqm+ land size. We have one toddler and one preschool going kid. So our first preference when it comes to the property selection is a good school zone and nearby daycare as we both are working. We have followed some reviews of schools and estate and online threads but could not conclude and hence ask. Most of the properties in our budget are in Saratoga, featherbrook and saltwater estates. Any help will be appreciated.

Hi hope my input may help a little, as far as schools go I'm not too sure as there are a fair few to choose from but I know the school Suzanne Cory is meant to be pretty good. My wife & I reside in Newminster Estate an older section of Point Cook & we are surrounded by schools, shops amenities etc. Now days with all that's going on there are plenty of properties to choose from. Saltwater Coast is nice but Body Corps hurt & it's a little far from everything. Featherbrook is nice but a lot of renters, not sure about Saratoga.

Hello Reya there are a few Estates that you can choose from for school's and and Day Care where you would be in the zone.
Following are my recommendations;
Upper Point Cook Estate has land available, there is also a day care close by called Nino Early Learning Centre which I highly recommend the school close by would be Featherbrook Primary School P-9.
Saltwater Coast also has vacant blocks plus there are schools (Saltwater Primary P-9) which I highly recommend and Day Care Centres in the estate plus a new shopping Centre with all the amenities. This is Estate is very nice, quiet and has great walking tracks, Lifestyle Centre with Gym, Pool, Tennis Courts and a Function Room for hire.
I hope these recommendations help.

If you need any more suggestions or help looking for a block or house please give me a call.

Hi Reya,

There are a number of areas to choose from in Point Cook with reputable schools. Featherbrook, Alamanda and Saltwater Coast are all very good options for you to consider and are popular with buyers in your position. With the budget you are looking to work within, Featherbrook and Saltwater might be a suitable place to start as there are more options in that price bracket.

We have sold properties to a lot people in the exact same position as yourself who are all very happy with their decision. I would be happy to maybe put a couple of them in touch with you to provide some feedback which I believe would definitely help in your decision making process.

If you would like to discuss further, I would be more than happy to assist with your property needs!
