I was wondering if anyone had some advice on a suburb in melbourne to rent in.

Looking to start a sharehouse with my boyfriend and some others. We don't drive so close to public transport is important. We both work in port melbourne but I go to school in Prahran so accessabilty to both would be good. Looking for a house rather than apartment because we would like a garden. Budget of about $550 a week for 3 bedroom house. Our lease runs out early January but just trying to get organised.. Thanks!
