Housing commission is exactly opposite to the new house and land packages area. They are being moved out to Sydney Olympic Park, and that land and Cowper Circle side is getting rezoned to R4 zoning.

It is right opposite to Arkell Street and Gallbraith Street (also called as Ivy Estate - the new house and land packages in Quakers Hill) But I am not sure what your concern is , many mixed cultural families live there (Indians, Chinese, Aussies). Housing commission in QH is not like the one in Mount Druitt, in QH it is quite peaceful, no nonsense and there are no reports of theft or inconvenience to locals. You should actually visit above streets in your car once and talk to the local families living there.

Whole Quakers Hill suburb is a pretty safe place, and is mostly salaried family crowd that lives there. Ironically, Housing Commission in QH is ironically actually extremely peaceful and Nothing like how people hype about it. This is why I recommended you should actually take your car and talk to locals living next to them on these streets. I am living at Cowper Circle for the past 30 years and there are no cases of theft/nuisance/loud noise over all these years. I have my 4 kids growing up, and all of them went to Quakers Hill Public School, which is also consistently rated the best by better education. No complaints with the place where I live, no loud noises, no thefts, Great school, and all my kids were able to walk themselves to the QH train station, so location of my house was one of best decision I made for myself.

Also don't forget you can get some trouble makers that may rent a house near you. Anyways if there is any trouble usually it makes a day interesting watching the going ons. Its like watching TV but live.
