How is Quetta street in Riverstone?

Hi Swethar, Riverstone is a very old suburb. This was the only place for shops for nearby suburbs until 2012 when Schofields and other nearby areas were still developing. Riverstone provides all the benefits within walking distance. The train station is easily accessible. Near to the station the shopping center including the public library, Gym, Playschool, Indian grocery store, Banks, ATMs, Restaurants, Beauty parlor, Car service stations, petrol pumps. Almost everything which is required near to your house. Moreover, IKEA, bunnings, Costco are a few minutes of drive away. The place is quiet and peaceful. Schools, churches are approachable from any street. The suburb offers a potential for growth in property market as it's still growing. It's a stable suburb with minimal impact on the property. 20 mins drive away is a National park for picnic etc. I am not sure about the street thou', but you can check with the neighbours near your property and ask them, people are good, friendly and very helpful. We moved here a year ago and our neighbours who are living from 20 years helped us a lot in settling down. My suggestion would be to have a word with neighbours if in doubt. Norwest Christian college is easily accessible. Also, Rouse Hill Metro and Tollowong Metro is not very far it's couple of minutes drive away. Parkelea Markets for vegetable shopping is also nearby.
