Would you recommend the Eden Brae developments in Brighton St. Riverstone?

Its a safe area or a high area with vandalism?? Thanks

You see far more vandalism like graffiti, car damage and theft in the inner west/south west suburbs. It doesn't matter where a long term vacant house is in Sydney, teens will always go there and trash it.
