It would take about 10 minutes to get to Hay St in the city and a bit longer if you need to go to the other side. Peak time is still pretty quick given it is quite close, but if you have to come via Orrong Rd add another 10 minutes for peak hour traffic congestion. The Highway upgrade is done, so if you get on early up near the Kooyong Rd area, it is quite quick.
