Tough question really as it depends in which part of Seaford Rise, it is quite a large suburb and the train station is situated at the utmost Northern End of Seaford Rise. If you live at the Northern end you could walk there in 2 minutes however if you lived in the utmost Southern end of Seaford Rise (The last Estate) it would be a 10 minute car trip (free parking though). so it could be anything from a 2 minute walk to a 20 minute car trip dependant on which part of Seaford Rise.
