Help!! i cant decide on where to buy a house Springfiled Lakes or near bayside Redbank

which suburb has the best schools? and public transport??? All advice appreciated

Depends on price I think as they are two very different suburbs and different price points. Redbank if you are close to the shopping centre it is close to good transport.
Best schools would be Springfield Lakes, also best Transport right now if you are close to the rail or on a bus route. Bus transport is getting much better.
I do see transport in Redbank Plains will improve in the future as there are plans to push the rail through that area so might also be worth a look? Redbank Plains has lots of new homes at a cheaper price point than Springfield Lakes.

I would go with Springfield Lakes. Higher population so more choices and they are about the same distance from the CBD either choice so you could try both sides and see which you like best.
