Seaford Rise

"Perfect compromise"

We recently purchased a 16 year old home in Seaford Rise with a decent yard, Yes they still exist. We have found the area suprisingly quiet at night, no sirens, dogs or loud cars. The neighbours seem nice and are all very house proud which tells me they have respect for their homes. Walking distance to a fantastic beach but far enough away that the windows and gutters do no corrode. There is easy access to buses and the expressway is only 2 stoplights away, sorry make that 3 now. Great area for familys or couples, not sure about nightlife as we are now in our 40's. Local shopping is more than adequate and less than 10 min's to Collonades and Lonsdale cover's everything you could ever need. Traffic on Comercial road can be get heavy at rush hour but the long awaited rail extension will help ease this. The restraunts at Norlunga have seen us about once a week and Mclaren Vale is now just as close. 15 years ago we would not have went near Seaford Rise but Suburbs change and Seaford Rise has changed for the better. Good value for money
